Component description in 'linenumber' report

Hi,

 This is regarding extraction of text description in excel file. We are using Bentley AutoPlant- piping.

 Component description of pipe displays as "PIPE, SCH 160, ASTM A 106 Gr.B PBE" while generating "By linenumber" report.

 Actually I don't required PBE text (End preparation).

 Please tell me how I can eliminate this text.
