Hello Ken,
This is limitation of ISOGEN. Directional annotations for topworks that have primary orientations (North, South, East, West, Up, Down etc) are suppressed in generated isometric.
As possible work around, Misc. Attachments comment could be used, but not very handy when there is a number of topworks.
