So if I understand this correctly, you have referenced the piping models into the electrical model and then run the query. The instrument you are searching for is in the active file, but once the query is finished, it is highlighted but not fit in the view you selected? Would that be correct? If so, does it happen if you select a different view? I ran through this and I was unable to see the same problem.
