The Prerequisites cannot find Microsoft .NET 4.0 to install Hotfix kb982638. The Hotfix will only install to .NET 4.0 and if another version or a newer version such as .NET 4.5 the hotfix will not install. Without Hotfix kb982638 installed AutoPLANT Modeler will not install because that hotfix cannot be found.
To correct the issue install Microsoft .NET 4.0 then re-install the Prerequisites.
