Dear Bentley Team,
The "Suport/Topworks Browser" tools option is not working under Piping Menu.
It shows all tools inside "Suport/Topworks Browser" option, but after clicking on it, none work.
We also reinstalled + repaired all software then also the same problem.
Note: By admin login only, this "Suport/Topworks Browser" tools works.
FYI:
We are using
Software : Autoplant V8i - SS4 version : 8.11.9.140 , Autocad 2012-64Bit , NAviswork 2013 , MS-Office 2010 64 Bit.
Hardware : Workstation Dell Precision T3600
Please let me know any solution for above.
