Openplant Rasters - Raster not visible upon file opening by other users in organization.

Is there a config setting or raster manager setting to keep Openplant Rasters in place/visible when an alternate user within the company opens a shared file? How do we stop rasters from breaking and needing to be replaced with a new copy of the raster every time a different user opens the shared file?

As shown in the photo below, the raster still shows up in raster manager but is red/broken and not visible aside from the outline of the original raster which has not been altered, renamed, moved, or deleted from the source folder. This occurs any time a different user in our organization accesses shared files within the company where rasters have been attached by a user. We end up with multiple copies of the same raster overlayed in the file, with each raster only visible to the individual who attached it. All other identical rasters remain in raster manager but are red/broken links.

Example: User A opens file 1, attaches a raster, plots file 1 drawing, saves, closes. User B opens file 1, raster visibly missing but raster outline is visible and raster appears red/broken in Raster Manager. User B attaches raster again from same original file location with same original raster file name, plots file 1 drawing, saves, closes file. User A opens file 1, sees original attached raster as well as User B's copy of raster which is broken/red and only visible as an outline of the raster, not the actual image.
