I've had this error pop up on every file opened in Openplant ever since switching to my new computer about 12-15 months ago. If I hit "retry" it goes away, but when trying to open files quickly it becomes a huge nuisance. It really slows down the opening processes of all of my files or even when switching from model space to sheet space in the same file.
We don't use ProStructures to import or export so the service isn't needed.
I've tried just about everything I can find online to solve the problem:
- Stopped and restarted the Bentley Property Catalog Service in Task Manager NUMEROUS times. Never works.
- Uninstalled and reinstalled Bentley Property Catalog programs.
- Did a clean uninstall and reinstall of all Bentley programs.
Does anybody else have this issue or any suggestions to fix it?
