BRCM Connection - Error: No project is active Close the current file and select a project Before Opening the Desired File

Hi,

When I try to open a model from the Projectwise with BRCM - Connect Edition, this window pops out.

Is there a way to resolve this? I did not set up the project folder or any directory. Just want to know the story behind this error message so that I can talk with the right person.
