levels with a gray background

Some help please,

I`d like to deativate the single levels in my selection / plan callout. When I start the level display and select the callout, I can`t deactivate because they are highlighted in gray and they aren`t selectable.

I also checked the callout, but all my references are crossed or touched by the callout.

What is the problem?
