error when installing prerequisite package for Autoplant v8i SS8 CE

Hi, 

I experience such error when installing Autoplant Prerequisite CE package, because of this error AutoPLANT modeler v8i SS8 CE won't be able to install afterwards and always ask me to reinstall prerequisite package. please help
