Missing and Duplicate LKUP Tables in OpenPlant Specification Generator

Hi,

     i am having an issue when using OPSG update 3, everytime i close OPSG I lose my LKUP tables and have to re-import them everytime (is this normail), also why i am recieving duplicates LKUP table

for example:

LKUP_Components -  configured with date

LKUP_LKUP_Components - no date

LKUP_LKUP_LKUP_Components -  no data

any information that you can provide me would be greatly appreciated
