When I try to join ILs, in the JOIN ILs dialog box, the preferences option is not being activated, this inspite of more than one component being available in the database for placement. Other than the ILJOIN.TXT file is there any other file or setting that activates this dialog box. An explanation of why this is happening will be helpful.
