OPIM- MTO/BOM Export to excel, after modifcation to ISOs

HI, I'm trying to find a way to export my material list after modification on the DGN drawing, into Excel.

The work flow -

creating a model->export to OPIM-> modification (not changing in the AP model) for example changing quantity  -> export to excel (MTO/ BOM)

Is there a way to produce this list out of the OPIM DGN file?
