Stub-In with pad or repad cannot be processed in OPIM

AutoCAD 2016

When a stub in with reinforcement pad is inserted on a pipe, OPIM cannot process the line.  See attached image:

I have already applied the solution found here:

https://communities.bentley.com/products/plant/w/plant_design_and_engineering__wiki/35359/to-report-the-reinforcing-pad-using-schema-customization-in-openplant-isometrics-manager

After applying these schema changes I still get the attached error.  Please advise.
