How to get a dash between Feet and Inches in OPIM dimensions

OPIM V8i SS6 (v08.11.11.224)

AutoPLANT Modeler V8i SS8 (v08.11.13.211)

Need a dash to be inserted in my dimesions so that they read 1'-10 3/8" 

In the Dimension style, I have tried to set it to MU label - SU label with the units set to feet and inches (which should include a dash between master units and sub units), but I still get no dash.  Is there another way to make this work?
