AP-OPIM - Material list text width factor

I am trying to figure out where to set width factor for the MText of material list after ISO is generated and converted to DWG. I have tried to change the ration of Height and Width of TextNode in isoseed file but with no luck, no matter what I set, the converted MText always have a width factor of 0.95.

Can some one give me a hint?
