AP-OPIM - Model Name in ISO

I need to get 3D model name to show in OPIM Iso output.  I read thread Capturing the AutoPLANT model name when extracting an iso with OPIM but suggested solution does not work on my company setup. And then I was try to make doc_name as relationship object (just like service, area or sheet_no) but I could not get a success work around. 

Does anyone have a suggestion?
