I have 2 designers who cannot sign into AutoPlant Administrator for ProjectWise integrated projects.
User group APAdmin exists in both ProjectWise and AutoPlant, users are members of both groups.
Windows Synchronization is used for ProjectWise login. No other users are experiencing this issue.
I can duplicate their login failure on my computer. Error title = ProjectWise Login Error. Error Message = Invalid user name and password combination.
Neither of the affected users have changed their windows login password. UAC is turned to off.
Any suggestions appreciated,
