OpenPlant Modeler, Modify bend with no weld to have weld

Topic: How do we turn on the weld on automatically placed bends if they were originally placed without welds.

In OPM, when you are placing a bend using the Join Component command, there is a check box for Place Weld. If this box is left unchecked, all of the automatically placed bends will be correctly attached but no weld will be shown in the model or on the isometric. Which makes sense if you are bending a pipe and not planning to weld in a bend as a fitting.

In the Element Information for that bend, when looking at the fluid ports, under Miscellaneous, there is a listing for Ignore Fasteners. Most of the time this is set to False, but if the bend is generated without welds, it says True. This is not modifiable in either Element Info or Modify Component.

Let's assume that the original plan was to bend the piping, but later it was a project decision to use welded in bends instead and we need to see the welds at the ends of the bend on the isometric.

Is there any way to modify an existing bend that was placed with no weld, in order to have it show the welds without deleting and replacing the bend? Replacing all the bends could mean modifying hundreds of bends and adding all those new bends to the isometrics. Very time consuming.
