I'm hoping for some information regarding the SYS_ID values assigned to each component in an Open Plant piping catalog database. What is SYS_ID used for? Does it matter if the value is blank? Are there any risks \ considerations to using the 'Repair SYS_ID' function in the Open Plant Catalog Editor?
