AutoPLANT V8i ss3 not creating projects

I am getting the following message when trying to create any new projects in AutoPlant V8i ss3

Dialog Box  : Project Creation Error

"The following error occurred creating the project:

No such interface supported [Provider]"

Any one seen this before or know how to fix.

Dead in the water for project creations.
