We are currently using OPM version 415 and OPMS version 414. I too tried to reference out by system and received the same error and when I looked at the log files on the server they weren't much help. This is a test project and there are only a few pipelines per system with maybe 100 components per pipeline. When we go to production with this there will be a lot more components associated to each system.
