The password for the sample projects is "supervisor"

Hello,
I am trying a 30 day trial version of Auto Plant V8i and following the Bentley Learning Path for Auto Plant Design (Imperial) on-line training.
I am on chapter 03 working with the Specification Generator module and every time I want to open my project, or the Bentley sample project, I get a prompt for password. Attached is an image of the password dialog I am getting. Is there a reason this is occurring, or is there a way to circumvent the password requirement?
