insert a specific character like “ (shift+”) or ‘’ (double ‘)

Dear all,

We are currently using “PlantSpace Design Series V8 XM Edition”. Due to the nature of a specific project that we work on, we need to modify Pipe label at Design Series. Is it possible to change the attribute load file accordingly, in order  to insert a specific character like “ (shift+”) or ‘’ (double ‘) to an ATTR_NAME in Access database file ATTRDEFN?
