There is Intelligent Line Manager in OpenPlant Modeler. This tool allows to create intelligent center-lines from line segments and smart-lines, and then insert OpenPlant components on those center-lines. This is very similar to AutoPlant center-lines routing. Please review Open Plant Modeler's help file for additional information on Intelligent Line Manager.
As well in Open Plant AutoFiting will populate fittings such as elbows, branches, flanges based on Auto tables during pipe routing. The Auto tables are similar to those in AutoPlant.
